Our dairy farmers (almost 1,100 farmers) work with zeal to preserve the ancient radition of mountain agriculture, even under conditions of hardship, supplying us with precious raw materials. It is our job to preserve the raw milk properly in order to keep ts properties intact, working with tireless commitment to guarantee maximum product quality.

Thanks to the processing of the milk and the marketing of its derivatives, we obtain a fair price for the members of our cooperative, thereby guaranteeing their subsistence and the continuation of the activities performed by the dairy farmers’ families.
