Brimi stands for certified top quality
Brimi’s quality stems from an attitude that is put into practice every day through our committed co-workers, the latest technologies and meaningful certifications – for example the BIO Certificate, BRC Certificate or IFS and ISO Certificate. Starting at our headquarters: the state-of-the-art plant in Varna. Expanded and renovated in 2008, it is one of the most advanced production facilities in Italy today.
South Tyrol Quality Seal
In addition, all our products carry the South Tyrol's seal of quanity, which stands for regulated feeding, proper animal welfare, closely monitored milk production, dairy processing and finishing and GMO-free feed.
Frequent inspections
Laboratory tests and continual inspections accompany each production phase. The most renowned Italian and international certification bodies check and confirm the high quality of our processes and procedures. We place great importance on checking our production step by step and can therefore guarantee top quality and full flavor for our products.
