Our Bio-Farmers help to save the natural ressources and deliver precious raw milk to produce Bio products. Taste our Bio Mozzarella available from february 2010.

This high quality milk comes from selected South Tyrolean farms which work with convinctions according to the strict rules of biologic production. This milk is available from the 02/01/2010 at the  food stores in Valle Isarco.
