Brimi has participated from 11 to 13 November 2010 at the international cheese competition in Hopfgartien (Tyrol). On the international cheese competition were present 300 different kinds of cheese from 10 nations. The great result was the Gold Medal for the BIO Brimi Mozzarella 100g! more
