Our Members

Our 1,096 dairy farmers work with zeal to preserve the ancient tradition of mountain agriculture, even under conditions of hardship, supplying us with precious raw materials. It is our job to preserve the raw milk properly in order to keep its properties intact, working with tireless commitment to guarantee maximum product quality.

The milk is produced by small family-operated dairy farms, which have an average of eight milk cows each, and is collected daily by seven tanker trucks.
