16 Cannelloni
- 400g ricotta
- 200g mozzarella
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 spoons olive oil
- 500g tomatoes
- 1 egg
- basil
Preparation:
Cut the onion, garlic and basil. Cut the mozzarella in slices. Cut the tomatoes in cubes. Heat the olive oil and add the onion. Mix tomatoes and garlik and let it boil for 5 minutes. Add the basil and spice it with salt and peper. Mix the ricotta with 1 egg, parmesan and basil. Spice the mixture with salt and peper. Boil the cannelloni. Fill them with the ricotta mixture and put it in a baking tin. Add the tomatosauce and the mozzarella. Dredge it with parmesan. Let it bake in the oven at 220° for 25-30 minutes.
