Hay & Straw

Ingredients:
- 120g tagliatelle
- 120g green tagliatelle
- 250g mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 20g butter
- 2 spoons olive oil
- 1/8l white vine
- 150g mascarpone
- white peper
- basil
- parsley
- 30g Grana Padano

Preparation:
Cook the tagliatelle. Wash and clean the muschrooms and cut them into slices. Peel the onion and garlic an cut them in cubes. Melt the butter and add the olive oil. Add onion and garlic and then the mushrooms. Let it boil for 4-5 minutes. Deglaze it with white vine and let it boil again for 1 minute. Add the mascarpone. Spice it with peper, salt, basil and parsley. Decant the tagliatelle and add the mushroom sauce. Serve it with grated grana padano.
