Lasagne with Spinach and Ricotta

Ingredients:
- 400g frozen spinach
- 20g pine nuts
- 200g ricotta
- 2 eggs
- salt, peper
- 1 garlic clove
- 100g grated parmesan
- 150ml panna
- lasagne slices

Defrost the spinach, squeeze it out, and spice it with salt. Roast the pine nuts, let them cool down and cut them. Mix the ricotta with 1 egg and spice it with salt and peper.
Cut the garlic and add it to the spinach, pine nuts and ricotta. Mix the cream with 1 egg and add approx. the half to grated parmesan. Butter the baking tin and put the lasagne slices and the ricotta/Spinach mixture. At the end coat it with the grated parmesan. Bake it at 200°C for 45 minutes.
