Cappuccino cream

Cappuccino cream

Ingredients:
- 250g Mascarpone
- 75g yogurt
- 1/2 spoon sugar
- 8 g vanilla sugar
- 10 ml coffee Espresso
- 80 ml cream
- 10g cocoa
- 9 coffee beans

Mix the mascarpone and the yogurt. Add sugar, vanilla sugar and coffee Espresso. Whip the cream and add it to the mascarpone cream. Fill the cream in small dessert bowls an let them cool down in the fridge. Before serving coat the cream with cocoa and coffee beans.
