Tiramisu

Ingredients:
- 250g BRIMI mascarpone
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 egg whites
- 50g sugar
- 150g cream
- 1 package of Savoiardi biscuits, typical dry Italian sponge biscuits
- chocolate powder
- 1 glass of strong coffee

Beat the egg yolks with 40 g of sugar very well, then gradually add the mascarpone. Beat the egg white with the remaining sugar until stiff before carefully adding it to the mascarpone cream, finally fold in whipped cream. Dispose a layer of biscuits in a rectangular tin, drizzle with coffee and equally cover with a layer of cream. Dispose a second layer of biscuits and proceed as described above. Generously cover the dessert with a thick layer of chocolate powder and put into the fridge for at least 12 hours before serving.
