Mozzarelline with Ham and Rucola
Ingredients:
- 24 Brimi Mozzarelline
- 24 Slices of South Tyrolean bacon
- 100g rocket salat
- Olive oil
Preparation:
Wrap the mozzarelline with the bacon and fix it with a toothpick. Serve it with rocket salat and olive oil.
