Auberginedumplings with tomatoes and mozzarella

Ingredients:
- 500g of Aubergine dumplings
- 400ml of tomatosauce
- garlic
- chilli
- basil
- 250g mozzarella
- olive oil

Heat the olive oil with a pinch of chilli and garlic. Add the tomatoes and the basil. Cook the aubergine dumplings. Strain them of the water and put it into the tomatoes. Stir it carefully. Add the cut mozzarella and serve it immediately.
