Bruschetta with Mozzarella
- 5 small tomatoes- 1 baguette
- 300g BRIMI mozzarelline
- 4 tblsp ripe olives
- 1 bunch of cress
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 clove of garlic
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper
Wash and slice up the tomatoes and put them in a bowl together with mozzarelline, the not cored ripe olives and chopped cress. Slice up bread and toast it, then rub garlic over the bread and drizzle olive oil on it. Dress the salad with olive oil, salt, pepper, and oregano and serve it with toasted slices of bread.
