Rolls of ham with ricotta

Ingredients:
- 120g Parma ham
- 200g ricotta
- 100g parmesan
- 50g pine nuts
- 3 spoons basil
- peper, salt

Put 8-10 slices of parma ham on a transparent film. Mix ricotta, parmesan, peper and salt. Roast the pine nuts and add them to the ricotta mixture. Spread it on the parma ham and roll the ham up. Put it in the fridge for 1-2 hours. Before serving cut the roll in slices and decorate them with basil.
