Salad with ricotta and pears
Ingredients:
- 150g lettuce
- 50g radicchio salad
- 500g pears
- 2 teaspoons of lemonjuice
- 200g ricotta BRIMI
- 30g Walnuts
- 2 spoons of walnut oil
- 2 spoons of balsamic vinegar
- 2 spoons of orangejuice
- 1 spoon of honey
- peper, salt
For this dish use ripe pears. Wash and cut the salad. Wash the pears and cut them in appropriate pieces. Squeeze a few drops of lemonjuice on the pears. Add the pears and the beated ricotta to the salad. Sprinkle the salad with walnuts. Make a marinade of walnut oil, balsamic vinegar, orangejuice, honey, peper and salt. Baste the salad with this marinade.
