Tarte with Blueberries and Mascarpone
Ingredients:- 250g flour
- salt
- 140g sugar
- 125g butter
- 3 eggs
- 30g cream
- 200g Mascarpone
- 80g amaretto biscuits
- 300g blueberries
- 1 lime
- mint leaves
For the pastry:
Knead 40g sugar, salt, 1 egg, butter and cream. Let the pastry cool down for 15 minutes. Roll the pastry.
For the stuffing:
Mix mascarpone, 100g sugar an 2 eggs. Crumble the amaretto biscuits and put it on the pastry. Add the mascarpone cream and put the blueberries on it. Coat the tarte with the rest of the amaretto biscuits. Bake the tarte at 180°C for 50 minutes. Serve it with whipped cream and mint leaves.
