Pudding toscano

Ingredients:
85 g dried fruit
250g Ricotta Brimi
3 egg yolks
50g sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 Orange
10g butter

Preparation:
Put the dried fuits in a bowl and add warm water. Let them there for approx. 10 minutes. Preheat the oven at 180°C. Put the ricotta and the egg yolks in a bowl and mix it. Add sugar and cinnamon. Grate the orange. Strain the dried fruits, cut them in cubes. Add the fruits to the ricotta mixture. Butter the baking tins and fill them with the mixture. Let it bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.
