Milk, our “White Gold”, is the natural raw material for our high-quality products. The milk’s origin is a  crucial reason why Brimi products have so much flavor. Where do our cows graze? In the mountains, of course!

Traditional mountain dairy farmers in the Eisacktal in South Tyrol, on Renon, in the Sciliar region, in Val Gardena and from some parts of Val Pusteria all keep a small number of dairy cows under species-appropriate conditions. This means the animals can move around freely, graze on verdant pastures in the summer and eat GMO-free fodder the rest of the year.

The milk, its origin and quality are just as important to our mountain farmers as they are to us. That’s why we don’t see regular monitoring as a duty but a matter of course.

When nature is good, everything is better.
