Our secret: fresh milk from South Tyrolean mountain farms
The great taste of ricotta from Brimi comes from the milk that is delivered to us by roughly 1,250 South Tyrolean mountain farmers every day. They only give their cows GMO-free feed. Brimi ricotta cheese is available in a practical 250 g cup or in a large 1,500 g format.
