Ricotta cheese from Brimi

Brimi Ricotta – real indulgence

The ricotta cheese from Brimi tastes just as delicious and unique on its own as it does as an ingredient in light, sophisticated dishes. It is superb for preparing tasty starters and mains, but also the finest desserts too. Also available as organic ricotta.

Brimi Ricotta: what flavor!

Ricotta cheese from Brimi tastes pleasantly mild and has a creamy consistency. Brimi Ricotta tastes exquisite in its natural form, for example as a spread or dip, heavenly as an accompaniment to light, fresh starters, really fine as a filling for ravioli and South Tyrolean “Schlutzkrapfen” and simply delicious in sweets and desserts. A versatile fresh cheese, Brimi Ricotta has become indispensible in today’s creative cuisine.

Our secret: fresh milk from South Tyrolean mountain farms

The great taste of ricotta from Brimi comes from the milk that is delivered to us by roughly 1,250 South Tyrolean mountain farmers every day. They only give their cows GMO-free feed. Brimi ricotta cheese is available in a practical 250 g cup or in a large 1,500 g format.
