There is an appointment that awaits our 1,100 member-farmers every morning at dawn on the farm in South Tyrol: 365 days a year. Time appears to have stood still on the farms. With passion, our member farmers raise their livestock on small farms with few animals and under as much as possible natural conditions. Our members run family businesses with a small number of dairy cows. We value working together with them because they carry out their job with such passion, a sense of responsibility and great care.

South Tyrolean farmers have been living in harmony with nature with love and respect since time immemorial.
