Master's thesis: My internship at Brimi was an instructive and enjoyable time, during which I learned a lot professionally and developed personally. As part of the Research & Development team, I was able to develop a practical method for analyzing the melting properties of pizza mozzarella as part of my Master's thesis. Thanks to the great collaboration with my colleagues, I had a lot of fun at work.
