We, the Centro Latte Bressanone – Brimi, are a traditional South Tyrolean company based in Varna near Bressanone, specializing in the processing of high-quality regional dairy products. Since our founding in 1969, Brimi has stood for quality, freshness, and sustainability. As a cooperative with nearly 1,000 member farmers, we place great value on close collaboration with our milk suppliers as well as on responsible and transparent production.
Today, we are one of the leading producers of mozzarella and fresh cheese in Northern Italy and export our products to numerous countries worldwide. State-of-the-art production facilities, strict quality controls, and a passion for traditional craftsmanship make us a reliable partner in the food sector. At the same time, we remain true to our roots: milk from the region, processed with care – for natural flavor and the highest enjoyment.
