From production to the laboratory — quality, step by step
Production is the heart of our dairy in Brixen – this is where regional raw milk is turned into a premium product. In the various departments, our employees work around the clock to ensure everything runs smoothly – from the very first processing step to packaging. They operate and monitor modern equipment, oversee processes, and step in directly whenever needed.
In Hygiene Zone 1, work is carried out directly with raw milk and open product – utmost care and cleanliness are top priorities here. In Hygiene Zone 2, the process continues with the packaged products.
Another key area is the machine room, where our equipment is monitored and controlled. Here, qualified specialists ensure that all processes run smoothly – from milk reception to packaging.
To ensure that our high quality standards are consistently met, our quality assurance team works closely with production. Every day, numerous samples are taken, products are analyzed, and processes are checked – an essential contribution to guaranteeing the safety and quality of our products at all times.
