One of the most popular is our freshly made mozzarella, which we offer straight from our production line and are happy to fill into your own container. You’ll also discover a unique cheese selection with over 100 different types, freshly cut from the wheel!

But that’s not all: we also offer fresh bread from six local bakeries, along with many other products from small regional producers. Our Café also has a lot to offer: Starting at 6:30 AM, you can enjoy breakfast with us. From fresh milk to croissants, butter, bread, honey, jam, cold cuts, cheese, and muesli – everything you need for a strong start to the day. At lunchtime, we serve light dishes every day, and on Fridays, we treat you to freshly made Tirtlan. Early in the morning, we also offer sandwiches to go – perfect for your next hike or as a snack on the go.
