Nearly 1,000 farmers with an average of just 15 cows per farm. Not that many, really. And yet, we are South Tyrol’s largest (and only) mozzarella producer – and even the third-largest in Northern Italy, the ultimate land of mozzarella.

We call it “The Miracle of Bressanone” – and yes, we’re a little proud of it. Proud of the work our farmers do every single day, giving their very best. Proud of the production and everything it takes to bring our products to store shelves. Fresh and full of variety. With every bite, a taste of South Tyrol.

Our dairy is 100% cooperatively owned, with our farmers themselves as the proprietors: small-scale family farms that give their very best 365 days a year, delivering their valuable mountain milk to our dairy for processing.
