Jolanda works on the farm with great joy. The closeness to the animals, nature, and being involved in daily life give her strength and satisfaction. With much dedication and heart, she faces each day – step by step, focusing on what truly matters.

Early in the morning, while the farm is still asleep, Jolanda begins her work in the barn. With a calm hand, she takes care of the cows – feeding them, keeping everything clean, and watching over their well-being. These routines reflect her responsibility and connection to the animals.

Life and work on the farm are closely connected to nature and the mountain landscape. Fresh air, species-rich meadows, and a peaceful environment shape everyday life. Located at 900 meters above sea level, the farm presents special challenges for both people and animals – requiring dedication, adaptability, and a lot of manual work. But it is precisely these conditions that make the farm a special place.

The herd counts 18 cows, which she cares for every day. From feeding to milking – every task requires time, dedication, and a good understanding of the animals. The daily work in the barn is demanding but at the same time a central part of her life.

The farm has been managed by the same family since 1703. Generation after generation, not only the land but also the knowledge and passion for farming have been passed down. This long family tradition is tangible and continues to shape daily life on the farm to this day.
