Our Company Mission

We are a leading and attractive food manufacturer that primarily processes premium South Tyrolean mountain farmers’ milk into fresh, flavorful, and high-quality dairy products.

We are organized as a cooperative, deeply rooted in our region, and we take on responsibility with commitment and passion for preserving and sustainably developing our living environment and mountain agriculture.

The cooperative model as a foundation

The cooperative is the foundation of our long-term actions. As a cooperative, we provide an economic basis for our farmer members and actively contribute to preserving tradition and family-run dairy farming.

No GMO

For our Brimi brand, we use only non-GMO milk. The SÜDTIROL quality seal certifies this, as well as the origin of the milk and the production, which must take place exclusively in South Tyrol.
