Behind each of our products are small family-owned farms that are run with passion and dedication 365 days a year. Many of these farms have been in the hands of the same families for generations, and at Brimi, we do our part to help ensure they will continue to thrive for generations to come.

Being a dairy farmer in South Tyrol means more than just having a profession – it’s a way of life. Our farmers work with the seasons, uphold centuries-old traditions, and combine them with modern expertise. Being a dairy farmer means producing fresh, high-quality milk every single day of the year, which is then processed into high-quality dairy products.

It also means managing and caring for the agricultural land, meadows and pastures around their farms as part of their daily farming activities. In this way, farming keeps these areas in agricultural use and contributes to the rural landscape that characterises South Tyrol.
