The Fixlhof in Kastelruth is lovingly managed by Annemari Prossliner. Surrounded by the stunning mountain landscape of South Tyrol, the farm combines traditional rural life with modern agriculture – a place where a connection to nature and family values are deeply felt.

At Fixlhof, Annemari is passionately dedicated to raising breeding and show cows of the Jersey breed. Her farm stands for quality, experience, and animal-friendly farming.

The cows at Fixlhof are fed especially high-quality grass – an important foundation for their health and vitality. The nutrient-rich feed quality is also reflected in the exceptional milk performance of the Jersey cows.

The farm is home to seven cows, cared for daily with great attention and care. The small herd allows for particularly individual attention to each animal and reflects the quality and mindfulness with which farming is practiced here. Animal welfare and sustainability are always at the center.
