The Centro Latte Bressanone - Brimi is an agricultural cooperative under Italian law, based in South Tyrol.
Our organisational structure is founded on the principles of cooperative self-governance, member participation, and transparency. The main governing bodies are:

• General Assembly of members – highest decision-making body

• Board of Directors – strategic leadership and oversight

• President – legal representative and board chair

• Management – operational leadership

• Control Body – oversight of compliance and finances

To prevent legal violations and ensure responsible governance, the dairy has adopted an Organisation, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, which is subject to regular review by an independent Supervisory Body.
