What do our cows eat? How does the milk get to Brimi? How is mozzarella actually made? And what is a cooperative? Brimella knows the answers. She’s just as curious as many children are. She gets to the bottom of things, asks questions, and takes a close look.

And just as curious as our Brimella is, she also loves to share her knowledge with inquisitive minds – both young and old. Sometimes at special events, but most of all at home during a guided tour through the production facility.
