Here’s what you need:
- • 250 g stracciatella
- • 10 slices of bresaola
- • grilled vegetables of your choice

Grill your preferred vegetables and arrange them on a serving plate.
Place about 2 tablespoons of stracciatella in the centre of a slice of bresaola. Fold the slice over, press the edges together firmly, then carefully bring the two ends together to shape it like a raviolo. Make sure the bresaola slices are not cut too thinly, as slightly thicker slices are easier to shape and less likely to tear.
