Simple yet refined, these bresaola ravioli make an eye-catching dish and pair perfectly with grilled vegetables.

Here’s what you need:
  • • 250 g stracciatella
  • • 10 slices of bresaola
  • • grilled vegetables of your choice

  1. Grill your preferred vegetables and arrange them on a serving plate.

  2. Place about 2 tablespoons of stracciatella in the centre of a slice of bresaola. Fold the slice over, press the edges together firmly, then carefully bring the two ends together to shape it like a raviolo. Make sure the bresaola slices are not cut too thinly, as slightly thicker slices are easier to shape and less likely to tear.
